My involvement with Don is more than two years now. I am a seasoned entrepreneur, with a new startup, and Don’s coaching has been an important part of its success. The most significant takeaway is to know and understand the sales process. The adoption of setting up a CRM tool and a clearer tracking process to follow-up on leads has been a game changer, but most important is the learning to tackle those complex sales opportunities and recognize the true decision maker. As a SME, the mindset at times is to stay small and shy away from those large clients.
